Kona Wind Release K2

Our second release of drift cards during a Kona wind event was done on November 26, 2003. The following stick plot shows the wind conditions for the 7 days from November 26-December 2, 2003.

Although we were anticipating Kona winds during this release, the winds were instead highly variable in both direction and strength.
